Where to Provide Tag Info

After you select your tag(s) on order page,

- CLICK HERE TO BUY (log into your PayPal account).
or type in your order information without PayPal account.

- At the PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay page, log into your PayPal account.

- On the Review your payment page,
- Click on Add special instructions to merchant link, then the new text input box opens.
- Fill in the tag information in the text input box.

Tag info includes:( * Required info )
*Pet name
 Owner name
 Address
 City / State / Zip
*Phone #
